First aid for mental health awareness is an internationally recognised training course, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of common mental health illnesses and provide help on a first aid basis. In the past year in the UK alone, 74 percent of people have felt so stressed they have been overwhelmed or unable to cope. Being able to recognise the signs of mental health early will enable you and your organisation to support their own brain health and the wellbeing of colleagues.
